Luton’s EP service have produced some useful resources to help prepare for a return to school.

Listen to educational psychologists from Luton council talk about the key advice they are giving parents to help them to support their child’s return to school.

Taking care of our mental health and checking in on others is something that we can all do, and we need to remember that by looking after our own mental health, we’ll be best placed to look after our children.

Remember when they tell you on aeroplanes that you need to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others, it’s like that.

Luton Council’s EP service has produced a useful factsheet full of further information and key advice to assist families in preparing for a positive return to school.

Also included in the factsheet are links to useful organisations that can provide you with further advice and support.
